The pixie-haired thespian was considered a Brooklyn celebrity pioneer when she moved to a Boerum Hill mansion with her late husband, tragic actor Heath Ledger, in 2005.
She stayed in the borough after his death with their daughter, Matilda. Property prices have skyrocketed in Brooklyn. But Williams is now ditching the borough for LA.

The six-bedroom Boerum Hill townhouse is seven metres wide and comes with a three-car garage.
